Unlike most trade associations, TrustMark members have to conform to a strict criteria:
Can offer the suite of NRWB warranty products for the domestic and commercial markets
Have signed the TrustMark license
Have an inspection on a job that is in progress
Verified no un-discharged bankruptcies or relevant and outstanding County Court Judgments
Have a minimum three year trading history and provide three years accounts
Have passed credit checks, public record and director checks
Six references have been provided for PZ Builders, including one from a ‘professional’ or Local Authority Building Control
